FAQs

How can I protect the Original Walnut cabinet in a humid bathroom?

Wipe away splashes as soon as possible, keep the room well ventilated and avoid leaving wet towels or cleaning products against the cabinet. Clean the surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry it. Avoid abrasive cleaners and scouring pads, which can dull or mark the finish.

How do I choose a basin and tap position for this vanity?

Start with the basin style and the tapware you plan to use. Their dimensions determine the basin opening, waste position and whether a tap hole is needed behind or beside the basin. Ask your installer to confirm the plumbing and clearances before selecting a hole-cutting option.

What should I check when the vanity arrives?

Before installation, check the cabinet, Pure White sintered stone top, chosen basin and finish against your order. Inspect every part for transit damage or visible manufacturing faults and keep the packaging until the check is complete. If there is an issue, contact VBathroom before installation and refer to the website's Shipping Policy and Refund and Returns Policy.
