FAQs

Is a single basin practical on a 1200mm vanity?

A single basin leaves more uninterrupted bench space for everyday toiletries and can make the vanity easier for one person to use at a time. It can also suit bathrooms where the existing plumbing is set up for one waste. Consider how many people use the bathroom at once and confirm the preferred basin position before ordering.

How should I care for the Matt White cabinet and sintered stone top?

Use a soft cloth and mild, non-abrasive cleaner, then dry the cabinet and edges around the basin. Clean spills from the stone top promptly and avoid harsh chemicals or scouring pads. Regular ventilation and keeping water from pooling around joins will help maintain both surfaces.

What helps the push-open drawer operate properly after installation?

The cabinet needs to be installed level and kept square, without being twisted when it is fixed to the wall. This allows the DTC runner and push-open mechanism to align correctly. Keep the runners clean and dry, avoid forcing or overloading the drawer, and ask the installer to adjust the alignment before the vanity is put into use.
