We recently had the pleasure of working with Declan for our bathroom renovation. Declan is the best. He is friendly, responsive and has very good product knowledge, able to make suggestions and knowing measurements off the top of his head. The products we purchased are of top quality, and the item we bought that could not fit the space was able to be refunded. We are very happy with V and will be using them in the future for any bathroom needs.

Amazing customer service and staff!Popped past on a Sunday to check out the basins and tapware. Everything else is closed on a Sunday so was just our luck that we went past!Molly was very helpful and friendly, which is what led us towards purchasing a new basin and tap set!!
